Hespeler, ON – The 2023-2024 regular season is dwindling and with four games to go for the Shamrocks, two will be played this weekend against Norwich and Tavistock.
The Shammies will have Friday night off before Saturday’s tilt with the Norwich Merchants from the NOR-DEL Arena. The two clubs met last weekend in Norwich and it was the Merchants who narrowly slipped past the Shamrocks by a 4-2 final in front of 267 at the NOR-DEL. This weekend’s game will get underway at 7:30PM.
On Sunday afternoon, the Shamrocks will host the Tavistock Braves from the Hespeler Memorial Arena. This game will be the last time that the Braves will enter Hespeler for the 2023-2024 regular season. The puck drops at 3:30PM in Hespeler.
The Hespeler Minor Hockey Association is hosting the U9 Full Ice Tournament this weekend from Friday, February 16 to Sunday, February 18. There are still a few volunteer opportunities available and if you’re interested in helping out, click here for more details.
